本日はその中でも子どもたちに人気のあるピーター先生をご紹介いたします。
Hello!
My name is Peter and I am from Brisbane, Australia.
I love learning about different cultures and keeping active, so I very much enjoy living in Kyoto.
Hoppa is a great place to teach, as I am able to keep active playing with the children and I am able to work with the other teachers here to provide a high quality and fun education for the children.
こんにちは。
オーストラリアのブリズベンから来ました。
文化の違いを学び挑戦することは大変ですが、楽しんでいます。
京都に引っ越しして更に充実しています。（以前は福井にいました）
ほかの先生たちとも協力しあい、HOPPAで質の高い楽しいレッスンを子どもたちに教えています。
人生初オセロに挑戦中です 😎
年長のお友だちがオセロのルールを英語で説明しています。
There are two colors: black and white pieces. (黒と白の2色があります)
I will be black. （私は黒色です）
Peter can you be white? （ピーターは白でいい？）
You want to get your color everywhere on the board. （自分の色を多くとったほうが勝ちです！）
It is like a sandwich. （サンドイッチみたいに色を挟んでください）
To exchange your friends color, you have to put your color on both sides. Sometimes you can change a lot of pieces!!（相手の色を変えるのは、自分の色で相手のオセロを挟みます。場所によってはたくさんかえることができます 😀 ）
ライティングのレッスンの様子です。
今、年長クラスは「過去形」の練習をしています。
週末にどこへ行って何をしたのかを話し、文章で書いて日記を発表しています。
“What did you do on the weekend?”
こどもたちは、どこへ行って何をしたのかを発表するのが大好きです 😆
沖縄のちゅらうみ水族館へいったお友だちの文章です。
I went to Okinawa.
I went to Chura Aquarium.
My mom bought me a cushion.
It is a whale shark cushion.
I also went to the beach and made a sandcastle.
It was a beautiful beach.
I ate noodles at the restaurant.
Whole my family had a great time.
難しい過去形もピーター先生と楽しく覚えています。
