「最高級の環境で最上級の教育を」　HOPPAの学童保育 “THE HOPPA ROYAL KIDS”

It is Allie again, back with another fun summer update from 2020!

How are you enjoying the ENGLISH BLOGS?

This time I will share the last update for THE HOPPA ROYAL KIDS SUMMER SCHOOL.

Day 4: ORIGAMI SUMMER WALL

The ROYAL KIDS came in in the morning and worked on their homework.

When there were some questions, they could ask the teachers for help.

Now for the activity!

We are going to make a big poster mixed with drawings and origami.

So how did we make it?

First, as a group, we decide how we wanted to lay the paper and where the sky, land, and sea were going to be drawn.

I asked the big kids to draw with me or teach the younger kids how to do the difficult origami.

Once the main sketch was down and approved, I traced over the pencil with a black marker, and let the kids color!

We mixed lots of materials like origami, makers, crayons, and colored sheets of paper.

As a group, they all spread out over the large sheet and choose what they wanted to do.

At this point, I let the children take over the project.

The ROYAL KIDS really put a large effort into making AMAZING!

After a busy morning and day of lessons we had snack!

DAY 5: MANGA MUSEUM

For starters, we were very lucky to have some nice overcast weather!

It was a nice break from the summer heat.

When we got to the Manga Museum we split into two groups.

Hey! Who could that be??

Look it is the BOYS!

The children read lots of manga and some picture books.

How amazing!

Everyone was very creative.

DAY 15: KALEIDOSCOPE MUSEUM

We made our own kaleidoscopes!
