At THE HOPPA ROYAL KIDS we have lots of fun events planned during the SPRING SCHOOL.
This week is a busy one!

盛り沢山なスプリングスクール！
今回は「京都嵐山 モンキーパークへ Let’s go! Part.1」
アリー先生が当日の様子を英語でお届けします♪
アリー先生と子どもたちの会話ももちろん英語ですよ。
Recently with the ROYAL KIDS, we went to Arashiyama.
Our purpose was to go to the Monkey Park.
Luckily, the weather was beautiful!
It was the perfect day to go to the Monkey Park!
You could hear the kids saying as we crossed the Togetsukyo Bridge.
“Look at the cherry blossoms over there!”
“It feels so nice!”
“The river is pretty!”
風光明媚な京都・嵐山。
渡月橋からの眺めはいつ見ても良いものですね 😆
お猿さんに出会うにはまだまだ。
ここから山登りです 😎
なかなかの急こう配。
ROYALキッズも2チームに分かれて頂上を目指します♪
After crossing the bridge, we made our way up the mountain.
On the way up the kids used a lot of energy!
We ended up separating into two teams: The “Climbing Team” and the “Exploring Team”.
I was with the “Exploring Team” as we leisurely went up the mountain pointing out what we saw.
“LOOK!!! I found a lizard!” & “Watch out for the stink bug!”
Masaki-sensei was with the “Climbing Team”, and gosh, were they fast!
You could hear the kids from this team calling from the high points saying, “I can see you!!”😊
Before getting to the top of the mountain where the Monkey Park was, the ROYAL KIDS played at the Rest Area
This was a big hit!
The ROYAL KIDS loved playing on the slide, see-saw, sliding rope, swing, and handlebars.
You could see all the cherry blossoms on the ground!
Some of the ROYAL KIDS even chased the petals in the wind.
Soon we made our way up to the top of the mountain! There were lots of monkeys!
The ROYAL KIDS fed the monkeys snacks.
They all had big smiles on their faces!

おさるさんにエサをあげて大興奮の子どもたち！
それにしても、モンキーパークのおさるさんは人に慣れていて、賢いです 😎
At the top of the mountain, we took a group photo.
There was even a special guest!
We could see all of Kyoto from the Monkey Park.
そうなんです、ここからは京都が一望できます。
オススメですよ♪
After playing a little more at the Rest Area, we made our way back down the mountain.
In short, we had a great time at the Monkey Park in Arashiyama!
I hope to visit again next year with the children!
